Job summary

MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Telesales Executive to join a hybrid team based in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will work with a small team to hit sales targets under a team leader's guidance and use CRM to manage leads and customer data.

Responsibilities include handling donor engagements, overcoming hesitations to close sales, and exploring upsell opportunities while contributing to process improvements and call centre initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a small team unit to achieve stipulated sales goals with the guidance and coaching of a team leader.
• Ensure contact rate/fixed rate of leads are within stipulated targets set.
• Engage donors with a friendly attitude for an opportunity to pitch the sale for acquisition, conversion, upgrade & reactivation products.
• Work through initial hesitations and concerns of donors in order to be able to make sales.
• Maximise opportunities to up sell or cross sell services to meet donor needs/capability.
• Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customer profiles (CRM).
• Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Raise accurate fulfilment/processing requests to the processing team (related to new sales and reactivation).
• Act on or assign the next steps for each customer according to call centre guidelines.
• Make suggestions on process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness.
• Ready to adapt and settle into the new role quickly.
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration among the team members.
• To participate in any sales/marketing activates or duties as and when required by the management.
