About the Opportunity

Berry Virtual is looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing talent pool for upcoming opportunities with international clients.

As an SDR, you'll play an important role in generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for sales teams.

We're looking for professionals who enjoy connecting with people, are comfortable with outbound prospecting, and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Research potential customers and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, websites, and other prospecting tools.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on client requirements.
• Schedule meetings and consultations for Sales Managers or closing teams.
• Maintain accurate lead information, outreach activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
• Track sales activities and report performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a closely related SDR role.
• Additional professional experience in Customer Service or the BPO industry.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in conducting outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and a suitable remote workspace.
