SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to develop new leads, qualify prospects and communicate SGS solutions over the phone. You will manage leads, generate bids, and prepare quotes in line with SGS standards while building rapport with customers.

The role involves CRM data hygiene and collaboration with the Client Services and Sales teams; initial onsite work with a transition to hybrid.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• C1 English fluency or better
• 2 years of prior experience, preferably in professional services
• Prior phone sales experience is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, LinkedIn, and Salesforce CRM

Responsabilidades

• Develop business opportunities and leads and convert them into sales
• Contact prospective and existing customers to discuss needs
• Conduct discovery sessions with qualified leads and unqualified leads
• Prepare quotes and bids in accordance with SGS standards
• Maintain lead and client inquiry data in CRM (Salesforce)
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Services teams to advance opportunities
