Job summary

SGS, a world-leading testing, inspection and certification company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Manila. The role focuses on developing new leads, understanding customer needs, and delivering SGS solutions with expert service.

You will qualify opportunities, prepare quotes, and support the Client Services team while aligning with SGS standards. Spanning initial onsite work for 3 months, the position transitions to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; engineering/business background preferred.
• Requires strong English (C1) and communication skills.
• 2 years of experience in professional services or sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads and communicate with customers to understand needs.
• Build rapport over the phone and deliver SGS service solutions.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate terms according to SGS standards.
• Maintain CRM data and support bid and proposal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Marketing and Operations teams.
