Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Sales Development Officer to own a growing territory across Caloocan, Navotas and Malabon. You will build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands, with multi-day trips to ensure comprehensive coverage.

You will drive sales targets, develop new accounts, plan coverage and promotions, and maintain accurate documentation for company tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage.
• Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
