Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts under guidance of senior staff.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance indicators for reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer inquiries and support during the sales cycle.
• Manage inventory coordination and ensure stock availability information is communicated.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with trade shows, promotional events, and campaigns.
• Maintain organized filing systems and proper archival of sales docs.

About the role

LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring seamless communication between our clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. As Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales function, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, and facilitating the smooth execution of sales processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documentation
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with current and accurate information
• Coordinate communication between sales team members, customers, and other departments to ensure alignment and resolution of inquiries
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts under the guidance of senior sales staff
• Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance indicators to support reporting and analysis
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Handle customer enquiries and provide support during the sales cycle, addressing concerns and providing product information
• Manage inventory coordination and ensure stock availability information is communicated to customers
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
• Assist with trade shows, promotional events, and sales campaigns as required
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all sales documentation is properly archived

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any four-year course or certification in business administration, sales, or a related field is advantageous
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proven experience working in a sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is beneficial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues effectively
