Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documentation.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records with current information.
• Coordinate communication between sales team, customers, and other departments.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and contracts under guidance of senior staff.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline data, and performance indicators for reporting.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer inquiries and support during the sales cycle.
• Manage inventory coordination and ensure stock availability information is communicated.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
• Assist with trade shows, promotional events, and campaigns.
• Maintain organized filing systems and proper archival of sales docs.
