LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Staff member for a full-time role to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

You will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and promote steel products to customers. The role requires proven sales experience, strong communication, and negotiation skills, with CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in manufacturing, steel, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to drive revenue.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a sales team.
• Knowledge of steel products or related industrial products is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients within steel and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Present and demonstrate steel products and solutions to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales.
• Follow up with leads and customers to address queries.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service for orders.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
