UltraManpower in the Philippines is hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in quotation preparation, supplier coordination, and customer service from Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

This onsite, five-day-per-week role is open to fresh graduates or those with related experience. It is a reliever/fixed-term contract for 3 to 5 months, with start window from late October to January 2027, focusing on sales coordination and quotation management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcomed or with experience in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service, or admin support.
• Experience in quotation preparation, supplier coordination, or industrial trading is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Receive quotation requests and prepare/send sales quotations.
• Review quotations for accuracy before submission to clients.
• Coordinate corrections and revisions when needed.
• Maintain the Sales Quotation Monitoring Log in Google Drive.
• Track pending quotations and follow-up schedules.
• Monitor daily itinerary and schedules of the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, stock, delivery schedules.

HIRING: INTERNAL SALES COORDINATOR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), or a related field.
• Open for fresh graduates or at least with experience in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service, or administrative support.
• Experience in quotation preparation, supplier coordination, or industrial trading is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

Primary (Sales Coordination & Quotations):

• Receive quotation requests from customers and prepare/send out sales quotations.
• Review quotations prepared by the Sales Team before submission to clients, verifying product descriptions, specifications, quantities, pricing, validity, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate corrections and revisions when necessary.
• Maintain and update the Sales Quotation Monitoring Log in Google Drive.
• Track pending quotations and follow-up schedules.
• Monitor the daily itinerary and schedules of the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery schedules, and lead times.
