Job summary

Ultra Manpower Solutions Corporation is hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to support the sales team from our Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa. This onsite role runs Monday to Friday with a fixed-term contract of 3 to 5 months, targeting an end date around January 2027.

You will handle quotation requests, verify details with the Sales Team, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain the quotation log in Google Drive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcomed or experienced in sales coordination, internal sales, customer service, or admin support.
• Experience in quotation preparation, supplier coordination, or industrial trading is an advantage.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Receive quotation requests from customers and prepare sales quotations.
• Review quotations prepared by the Sales Team before submission to clients, verifying product descriptions, specifications, quantities, pricing, validity, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate corrections and revisions when necessary.
• Maintain and update the Sales Quotation Monitoring Log in Google Drive.
• Track pending quotations and follow-up schedules.
• Monitor the daily itinerary and schedules of the Sales Team.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, delivery schedules, and lead times.
