Superiorvet Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team with daily activities, documentation, and client communications in Pasig.
The role involves handling quotations, orders, invoices, and collaboration with Accounting, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar roles, and strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the Sales Team.
Prepare and review quotations, sales orders, invoices, billing statements, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with Accounting/Finance, Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure the smooth processing of orders and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate and updated records of customers, sales transactions, orders, and related documents.
Assist Sales Representatives in monitoring sales targets, performance data, and sales activities.
Verify sales transactions and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
Communicate with clients regarding pricing, payment terms, orders, deliveries, and other account-related concerns.
Assist in reconciling sales records, invoices, collections, and customer accounts.
Prepare and provide sales reports, summaries, and relevant sales data to Management.
Monitor pending orders, customer requests, and other sales-related concerns and coordinate appropriate follow-ups.
Assist in ensuring proper documentation and filing of sales transactions and customer records.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Sales Manager or Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, accounting, or a related role.
Experience in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, billing documents, and sales reports is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of sales processes, accounting principles, and financial documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and different departments.
