Job summary

CW Home Depot in the Philippines is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to handle bulk sales, identify buyers for new construction projects, and assist with materials for various clients including architects and contractors.

The role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet monthly quotas while promoting standard products and providing accurate estimates. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and experience in retail/construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage, but not required.
• Excellent sales ability and product knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of merchandise.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle volume/bulk sales transactions.
• Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals.
• Assist clients such as architects, builders, contractors, developers, engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-in.
• Hit the monthly quota as set by the management.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted for.
• Submit daily reports needed by the Sales Head.
• Ensure the product recommended to the client is set as the standard by the company (proper estimate with area, quality, durability, and stock availability).
• Promote CW Home Depot.
• For walk-in – handle inquiries through to delivery and after-sales feedback.
• For project – email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present samples) to convert into sales.
• Join events as requested by Marketing and top management.

• Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot

• To join events as requested by the Marketing and top management
