About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients

• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication with prospects

• Present and explain products or services to prospective clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations when needed

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requirements

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Prepare sales reports and updates as required

• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management
