Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Commissions Analyst to reconcile Salesforce vs Xactly data, verify incentive statements, and maintain clean, governed compensation data. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 2 years in college without any back subjects or failed subjects
• 1-2 years sales compensation or payroll experience highly preferable
• 1-2 years experience with financial analysis of pay related, revenue & sales data a strong advantage
• Proficient excel skills (lookups, sumifs, pivots etc)
• Analytical mind with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyse and explain complex calculations clearly
• Desire to continuously learn, take on a wide range of tasks and grow with our company
• Familiarity with Salesforce & Xactly would be a huge plus
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives

Responsibilities

• Compare and reconcile sales data between Salesforce and Xactly Incent
• Maintain an Excel tracker for manual adjustments & agreed exceptions
• Review daily Error and Reject logs and escalate to sales manager
• Review incentive statements for accuracy of calculations and eligibility
• Maintain data governance and keep sales hierarchy in Xactly up to date
• Respond to sales questions about commissions and support queries on the management process
• Assist with ad hoc analytical reports and process improvements related to sales compensation
