Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 2 years in college without any back subjects or failed subjects.
• 1-2 years sales compensation (or payroll) experience highly preferable.
• 1-2 years' experience with financial analysis of pay related, revenue & sales data a strong advantage.
• Proficient excel skills (lookups, sumifs, pivots etc)
• Analytical mind with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to analyse and explain complex calculations clearly.
• Desire to continuously learn, take on a wide range of tasks and grow with our company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce & Xactly would be a huge plus.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Data Reconciliation: Salesforce vs. Xactly Incent, compare and reconcile sales data and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain an Excel tracker for manual adjustments & agreed exceptions.
• Review daily Error and Reject logs and highlight concerns to sales managers.
