Job summary

Ugnay Solutions is seeking a full-time BPO leadership role in Metro Manila, onsite in San Juan with a night shift schedule. The position focuses on improving sales performance, coaching, and direct customer acquisition within a growing call center.

You will analyze sales data, identify trends, and design workshops to drive performance. A 1–2 year background in contact centers and strong reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience driving direct sales and new customer acquisition in BPO or contact center.
• Campaign background in telecom, insurance, financial services, or consumer services.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities for identifying trends.

You will be working with a global leader in customer engagement solutions, supporting a fast growing BPO organization focused on direct sales and new customer acquisition. This full time role is based onsite in San Juan on a night shift schedule.

What you will do

• Analyze, monitor, audit, and report on sales team performance
• Identify trends, patterns, and conversion opportunities to optimize sales strategies
• Conduct live monitoring followed by immediate, targeted coaching
• Design and deliver sales workshops and comprehensive performance audits
• Support agents in improving new customer acquisition, not upselling

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of contact center experience with a strong background in sales coaching, training, or performance management
• Proven experience driving direct sales and new customer acquisition within a BPO or contact center setting, not upselling existing accounts
• Relevant campaign background in industries such as telecom, insurance, financial services, home services, or consumer services
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify trends and coaching opportunities
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
