Job summary

Ugnay Solutions is seeking a full-time BPO leadership role in Metro Manila, onsite in San Juan with a night shift schedule. The position focuses on improving sales performance, coaching, and direct customer acquisition within a growing call center.

You will analyze sales data, identify trends, and design workshops to drive performance. A 1–2 year background in contact centers and strong reporting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of contact center experience with sales coaching or performance management.
• Experience driving direct sales and new customer acquisition in BPO or contact center.
• Campaign background in telecom, insurance, financial services, or consumer services.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities for identifying trends.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, audit, and report on sales team performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies.
• Conduct live monitoring followed by targeted coaching.
• Design and deliver sales workshops and performance audits.
• Support agents in improving new customer acquisition.
