Ugnay Solutions is seeking an onsite, full-time Team Lead to manage a sales-focused BPO team in Metro Manila or Clark. You will direct frontline sales reps, drive new customer acquisition targets, and coach the team to achieve performance goals.

The role requires 1–2 years in direct sales within a contact center, a supervisory background, and strong leadership abilities. Onsite work with a genuine people-first culture, plus clear career development.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of direct sales or new customer acquisition experience in BPO/contact center.
• Experience in teams in a supervisory role (team lead/supervisor).
• Campaign background in insurance, telecom, financial services, home services, or consumer services.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Onsite, full-time employment.

You will be working with a global leader in customer engagement solutions, supporting a fast growing BPO organization focused on direct sales and new customer acquisition. This full time role is based onsite in Clark or Greenhills.

What you will do

• Provide front line direction to sales representatives, ensuring quality service in every interaction
• Drive aggressive new customer acquisition goals across the team
• Conduct performance evaluations, training, and real time coaching
• Support professional and personal development through career pathing plans
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve sales results

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of hands on experience in direct sales or new customer acquisition within a BPO or contact center setting, not upselling or cross selling
• Relevant campaign background in industries such as insurance, telecom, financial services, home services, or consumer services
• At least 2 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a contact center, with a focus on driving sales performance and acquisition targets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
