Job summary

The CodeBox Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on local Sales Manager based in Cebu, Philippines, with the ability to sell to U.S. customers by phone.

Initially you will handle the first calls, test leads, refine the pitch, and shape the sales process. You will then recruit, train, and lead the team, scaling the operation from its first reps into a high-performing organization. You will work with senior management and receive support to build the operation, ensuring HIPAA/TCPA/FTC compliance

Qualifications

• Based in the Philippines and on-site in Cebu.
• Proven hands-on experience selling to U.S. customers by phone.
• Proven experience managing a team of telephone sales representatives.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and motivational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confident communication.
• Experience building or launching a call center operation is a strong advantage.
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, nutraceuticals, e-commerce or other B2C sales environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally handle the first inbound and outbound sales calls to U.S. customers.
• Build, test and improve the sales pitch, scripts, objection handling and follow-up process.
• Convert existing leads from initial contact through payment.
• Help build the complete sales operation from the ground up.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage the initial sales representatives.
• Establish targets, commission structures, reporting, quality assurance and performance-management systems.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs, including contact rate, conversion rate, sales per agent and revenue.
• Build a disciplined, energetic and performance-driven sales culture.
• Identify and develop future team leaders, trainers and sales managers.
• Ensure sales workflows follow HIPAA, TCPA, FTC telemarketing and applicable U.S. privacy requirements.
• Create a scalable structure capable of growing to hundreds of representatives.
• Over time, take responsibility for additional teams, potentially including retention, customer service and training.
• Work closely with senior management, HR, compliance and technology teams.
