Job summary

Network Solutions in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Sales Team Leader to supervise the sales floor, develop high performing BDS, and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets. You will collaborate with the Online Sales Director and HR on staffing and training, and ensure adherence to company policies through regular floor operations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in BDS or sales, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

Must have Sales Team Leader experience or supervisory role for at least 1 year.
Must have experience as a BDS, sales rep or a similar role.
Proficient in MS-Office and reporting tools.
Knowledge of CRMS, Zendesk, Touch Point, Web Hosting Manager, cPanel.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance to the Online Sales Director by supervising the floor operations to ensure maximum productivity is achieved to meet required hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets for the whole sales team especially on weekends.
Assists in creating high performing Business Development Specialists (BDS) that go beyond sales targets, with consistent and continuous up trend
Collaborates with the Online Sales Director in the planning and development of sales strategies, sales programs, sales rewards as well as other periodic sales meetings
Assists the Online Sales Director and HR team with the recruitment process by doing interviews and hiring new BDS who are the right fit for the sales team in both skills and behavior that support the best interest of the sales team and the company
Monitors and evaluates sales calls to understand the performance of the sales teams and identifies areas where improvement is needed, and recommends trainings and refresher programs
Coaches, mentors, evaluates and gives feedback to ensure teams are also delivering exceptional sales performance and always backed by Best-in-World service
Always leads by example and manages the floor operations by having regular floor walks to ensure team members are strictly adhering to the companies’ guidelines and policies (IT Policy, Code of Conduct, WF Policy, QA Policy, Dress Code Policy, Attendance Policy, Sales Guidelines and etc.)
