Job summary

The Manna Cuisine Corporation in Makati is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Auditor to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales transactions and related records.

You will review sales reports, validate revenues, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of POS systems.

• At least 1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, finance, revenue assurance, or related functions is preferred.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily sales transactions and reports from all business units and outlets.
• Verify the accuracy of sales, discounts, voids, refunds, and promotional transactions.
• Reconcile sales records with POS reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and other supporting documents.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and established procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other departments regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation and records.
• Assist in special audits and management-requested reviews as needed.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Auditor to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales transactions and related records. The Sales Auditor will be responsible for reviewing sales reports, validating revenues, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
