Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of sales processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Validate commissions and incentive computations with precision.
• Investigate customer complaints related to sales, billing, or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and reliable sales tracking records.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reports.
• Recommend and support improvements to strengthen sales processes and controls.
• Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate critical findings that may impact revenue or company integrity.

About This Role

The Sales Quality Auditor ensures that all sales transactions and processes are accurate, compliant, and free from errors or manipulation. Your work directly impacts revenue protection, operational excellence, and decision-making.This role is ideal for individuals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and uncompromising when it comes to accuracy and integrity.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Conduct regular audits of sales processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• Validate commissions and incentive computations with precision
• Investigate customer complaints related to sales, billing, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and reliable sales tracking records
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly audit reports

What We're Looking For

• High School / Senior High School graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / GSuite (formulas is a plus)
• Good communication skills for reporting findings and coordinating with teams
