Milagrita Global Food Corporation (Samgyupsalamat) is seeking a Restaurant Operations Auditor to help ensure that our restaurant branches consistently meet company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role involves conducting comprehensive operational audits, identifying gaps and risks, and partnering with Operations and Store Teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, cafe, hospitality or F&B operations.
• Experience in operations auditing, store auditing, quality assurance, compliance or operations excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular and surprise audits across Samgyupsalamat branches.
• Audit restaurant operations for SOP compliance, food safety, product quality and customer service.
• Review inventory controls, cash handling, staffing and equipment condition.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Work with restaurant managers to implement action plans and follow up audits.

About the Role

Milagrita Global Food Corporation / Samgyupsalamat, is looking for a Restaurant Operations Auditor to help ensure that our restaurant operations consistently meet company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive operational audits across our restaurant branches, identify gaps and risks, and work closely with Operations and Store Teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise audits across Samgyupsalamat branches.

• Audit overall restaurant operations, including:

  • Compliance with SOPs and company policies

  • Food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness

  • Product quality and service standards

  • Inventory management and controls

  • Cash handling and operational controls

  • Manpower and staff compliance

  • Equipment and store condition

  • Customer service and overall guest experience

• Identify operational gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare clear and detailed audit reports, including findings and recommended corrective actions.

• Work with Restaurant Managers and Operations Teams to develop and monitor corrective action plans.

• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure findings are properly addressed and sustained.

• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to operational processes and standards.

• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to restaurant teams based on audit findings.

• Escalate significant operational, compliance, food safety, or business risks to management.

• Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

• At least 4-8 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, café, hospitality, or F&B operations.

• Experience in operations auditing, store auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or operations excellence is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and SOP implementation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational risks and process gaps.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Confident in communicating audit findings and recommendations to store and operations teams.

• Willing to conduct regular branch/store visits and travel as required.
