Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. seeks an Audit Associate to support finance, compliance and operations audits in our Makati office. You will assist in defining audit scope, executing procedures, and documenting findings with clarity.

The role requires a BS Accountancy or related degree, up to 1 year of audit experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments. Immediate start is preferred and onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Finance Audit, Compliance, System Audit or Operation Audit.
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City Office (Chino Roces St. near Dela Rosa St.).
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit engagements covering financial, compliance and operations audits per approved plan (stores/shops and head office).
• Assist in developing audit scope, execute procedures, and prepare reports reflecting results.
• Follow up on status of outstanding internal audit issues.
• Document audit work in an organized, accurate, concise manner.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction and guidance.

Job description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Financial Management or Management Accounting.

• Professional certification is an advantage but not required

• A minimum of 6months - 1year experience performing of the areas of Finance Audit, Compliance, System Audit and Operation Audit.

• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications or any data analytics tool

• Strong written and oral communication skill including listening skills and presenting findings and recommendations. Ability to communicate with various department level of personnel.

• Willing to be assigned in the Makati City Office (Chino Roces St. near Dela Rosa St.)

• Can start immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in performing audit engagements covering the financial, compliance and operations audit as part of the approved Audit plan (i.e., audit of stores/shops and head office departments)

• Assist in the developing of audit scope, execute audit procedures, and preparation of the audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed

• Performs follow up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues

• Documents audit work in an organized, accurate, and concise manner

• Ability to work independently, with limited direction and guidance
