Job summary

CloudMotiv, an AI-native innovation partner, is seeking a Sales Associate based in the Philippines to open conversations with North American SMBs. You will book qualified meetings for the leadership team, learning consultative B2B selling directly from the founders, in a fast-moving AI and SaaS space.

You'll conduct multi-channel outbound outreach during EST hours, qualify prospects, promote the Stack Audit, and help grow pipeline with CRM discipline and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field (2025/2026 graduates needed).
• Based in the Philippines.
• Excellent English with a clear phone presence for North American buyers.
• Willing to work US Eastern Time hours consistently.
• Reliable home internet and quiet workspace.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and SaaS in business.
• Resilient, coachable and sales-target driven.
• BPO or sales internship with US clients is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and build target account lists of US/Canadian SMBs using Apollo, Instantly AI and HubSpot.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) during EST hours.
• Lead with CloudMotiv's free AI Stack Audit to discuss AI ROI and SaaS spend.
• Qualify prospects on pain points, decision-makers, current tool stack, and budget.
• Book discovery calls and StackIQ demos for the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline stages.
• Promote and drive registrations for CloudMotiv webinars.
• Share market feedback with leadership to sharpen messaging and segments.
• Hit weekly and monthly targets for activities, meetings, and pipeline.
