Job summary

Enable PH in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate (Retail) to be the primary contact between the business and its customers. You will engage with store shoppers, understand their needs, and offer personalized recommendations for gadgets and smart-home devices.

You will conduct product demonstrations, answer questions on tech specs, and stay current on promotions. Strong English, 30 WPM typing, and a six-day work week in the Greater Manila area are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Business Management major in Marketing Management or similar
• Experience with consumer electronics or lifestyle tech is advantageous
• Experience as a Customer-Facing Sales Representative or Product Specialist is advantageous
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• At least 30 WPM typing speed and good chat etiquette
• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week
• Willing to be assigned within Greater Metro Manila Area

About the role

The Sales Associate (Retail) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Experience as a Customer-Facing Sales Representative or Product Specialist is an advantage.

• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week.

• Willing to be assigned anywhere within Greater Metro Manila Area (e.g. Alabang, Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Manila, North Edsa, San Juan, Manila etc.).

Working Schedule

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• 12 NN to 9:00 PM

• 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
