The Sales Assistant is responsible for independently executing sales and administrative activities to support revenue generation. This role manages assigned leads, conducts outbound sales activities, and applies judgment in client interactions while ensuring high data and process quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will:

Sales Execution

• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-ups to acquire or support new accounts
• Manage assigned leads and progress opportunities through defined stages
• Collect and verify client information for job creation and sales processing

Pipeline & CRM Ownership

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups independently
• Ensure pipeline data reflects current status

Client Communication

• Communicate professionally with US-based clients
• Handle basic objections and questions within defined parameters
• Escalate complex negotiations appropriately

KPI Ownership

• Sales activity and output metrics
• Conversion and completion rates
• CRM accuracy and timeliness
• Quality of client interactions

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of sales, sales support, or customer-facing experience
• B2B sales exposure
• Strong English communication skills with confidence in handling client interactions and follow-ups
