• Assist in generating sales reports as required.

• Ensure smooth store operations with team collaboration.
• Support execution of sales promotions and events.
• Communicate with suppliers for order processing and deliveries.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.

Job description

1. Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product and service recommendations based on their preferences.
2. Actively promote and sell products/services, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.
3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively inform customers and assist in their purchasing decisions.
4. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints or concerns promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
5. Assist in maintaining the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when necessary.
6. Track sales progress and assist in generating daily or weekly sales reports as required by the Sales Manager or Management.
7. Conduct site or client visits to assess needs, build relationships, and support sales efforts in the field.
8. Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and achieve collective sales targets.
9. Support the execution of sales promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events to maximize sales opportunities.
10. Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and the resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
11. Perform any related tasks as assigned by the supervisor/head.

Job Requirements
