Customer Engagement

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries across all communication platforms (FB, IG, Viber etc).
• Provide tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement

• Proactively pursue and exceed assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives.
• Work with the marketing team to engage in key events and conventions, maximizing our visibility and connection with potential clients.

Sales Support

• Efficiently process all in-house orders, including page and corporate orders.
• Verify and manage proof of payments to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate delivery bookings to guarantee timely service and address after-sales concerns effectively.

Account Management & Retention

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
• Utilize feedback and insights to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Product & Service Expertise

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide informed recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Sales Generation

• Identify and cultivate new customer relationships through external sourcing efforts.
• Present documented proof of customer conversations and engagements, ensuring compliance with sales protocols.

Qualifications
