Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Handling: contact wholesale accounts, process orders, support retention, update pipeline and records.
• Training Delivery: plan and deliver client coffee training, customize content, manage scheduling and logistics, track outcomes.
• Tasting Sessions & Client Support: lead tastings, uphold product quality, provide post-sale support.

The Sales and Training Associate in Yardstick plays a key role in driving customer engagement, managing showroom and inbound inquiries, supporting client onboarding, and providing product training. This role combines front-line sales with client education to ensure both revenue growth and excellent customer experience.

Work Location:

San Juan, Manila

Responsibilities:

Sales & Account Handling

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing wholesale accounts
• Process client orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Support account retention and follow-up communications
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on account status and pipeline updates
• Maintain accurate records in the client tracking system

Training Delivery

• Plan and deliver client coffee training sessions (both complimentary and paid), including brewing methods, equipment use, and coffee fundamentals
• Customize training content to client skill level and business needs (café staff, new account onboarding, specialty programs)
• Manage training scheduling and logistics
• Track training session outcomes and client feedback

Tasting Sessions & Client Support

• Lead tasting sessions for prospective and existing clients as part of the sales process
• Represent product quality and brand standards during client-facing sessions
• Provide basic post-sale product support and troubleshooting guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in the coffee industry, with direct experience delivering client or staff training
• Prior experience in a sales, account management, F&B or client-facing role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable balancing structured sales targets with training preparation and delivery
• Experience with wholesale/B2B accounts specifically (coffee or non - coffee)
