Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Sales and Training Associate to drive customer engagement, manage showroom and inquiries, and support client onboarding with product training. The role blends frontline sales with education to foster revenue growth and outstanding service.

The position involves outbound outreach to wholesale accounts, delivering coffee training sessions, and leading tasting events while maintaining client records and coordinating with the Sales Manager on pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of coffee industry experience with direct training delivery.
• Experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with wholesale/B2B accounts in coffee or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Handling: contact wholesale accounts, process orders, support retention, update pipeline and records.
• Training Delivery: plan and deliver client coffee training, customize content, manage scheduling and logistics, track outcomes.
• Tasting Sessions & Client Support: lead tastings, uphold product quality, provide post-sale support.
