Job summary

New City Builders, Inc. in Metro Manila invites a senior sales and marketing leader with 10–15 years of progressive experience in construction, engineering, real estate development, or related industries to spearhead business development, bids, proposals and client relations.

The successful candidate will design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, negotiate large contracts, represent the company in high-level engagements, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership, preferably within construction, engineering, real estate development, or related industries (Preferably from AAA or AAAA construction company).
• Must have extensive experience preparing bids, proposals, and winning large-scale construction projects.
• Strong background in client relations and business development at senior/executive level.
• Extensive background in senior sales or marketing position is highly preferred.
• Proven skills in driving sales through effective negotiation and client management.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Experience in identifying customer needs and providing high quality service to strengthen relationships.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in high-level engagements.
