This position bridges raw sales data and business intelligence, supporting reporting, dashboards, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Analytics or similar analytics role within a sales-driven organisation.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to handle large datasets using Excel/SQL/BI tools.
• Knowledge of sales metrics, KPIs, and forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales data and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in sales operations.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and providing actionable insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform sales strategy and pricing decisions.
• Analyse customer purchasing behaviour, sales forecasting, and market segmentation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion, retention, and overall sales performance.
• Maintain and update sales databases ensuring data accuracy across reporting systems.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align sales objectives with business goals.

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our sales department in South Caloocan, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations by analysing market trends, sales performance data, and customer behaviour. Your insights and reporting will directly influence strategic decision-making and help drive revenue growth across our product lines. This position is essential to bridging the gap between raw sales data and actionable business intelligence, enabling our sales team to optimise their approach and achieve their targets more effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales data and trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement within our sales operations
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to sales management and senior leadership
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to inform sales strategy and pricing decisions
• Conduct analysis of customer purchasing behaviour, sales forecasting, and market segmentation
• Support the sales team by providing data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and overall sales performance
• Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to align sales objectives with broader business goals
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by sales leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Identify process improvements and implement more efficient reporting mechanisms to enhance productivity

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Sales Analyst or in a similar sales support, reporting, or analytics role within a sales-driven organisation
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to work with large datasets using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software
• Excellent knowledge of sales metrics, KPIs, and sales forecasting methodologies
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in creating clear, compelling reports and visualisations that communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Solid understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and sales pipeline management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), confectionery, or retail sector is highly desirable
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred
