Job summary

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a Distributor Specialist for Region 1 to grow and manage the distributor network in Region 1 from its Caloocan base. The role focuses on recruiting new distributors, supporting partners with training, and driving product availability and sales across metro Manila.

The position requires building strong relationships, monitoring performance, and collaborating with marketing on promotions. Travel within Region 1 is expected to ensure market coverage and momentum.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in FMCG, confectionery, or retail.
• Strong understanding of distribution networks and sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Region 1 (Metro Manila) geography and market dynamics.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: experience in candy, beverage, or consumer goods distribution.

About the role

We are seeking a Distributor Specialist for Region 1 to join our Sales team at SUPER CANDY CORPORATION. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Distributor Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our distributor network throughout Region 1. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors, ensuring product availability, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional support to our distribution partners. This position is strategic to our business development goals and directly impacts our market presence and revenue growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors across Region 1 to expand our market coverage and distribution network


• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing distributors to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction


• Provide comprehensive training and support to distributors on product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional campaigns


• Monitor distributor performance against key metrics and sales targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth


• Conduct regular field visits to distributor locations to assess inventory levels, product displays, and customer satisfaction


• Analyse market trends and competitor activities within Region 1 to identify opportunities and threats


• Prepare and present sales reports, market insights, and performance analysis to senior management


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns with distributors


• Address and resolve distributor concerns, challenges, and complaints in a timely and professional manner


• Achieve and exceed sales targets and distributor recruitment goals set by the company

What we are looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a distributor or sales representative role within the FMCG, confectionery, or retail industry


• Strong understanding of distribution networks, wholesale operations, and sales management principles


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, with strong data management abilities


• Knowledge of Region 1 (Metro Manila and surrounding areas) geography and market dynamics


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field


• Self-motivated, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team


• Preferred: Previous experience in candy, beverage, or similar consumer goods distribution
