SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a Distributor Specialist for NCR, based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. You will manage the distribution network to ensure product availability across the NCR, supporting the retail and consumer products team.

The role requires experience in retail distribution and strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills to drive sales and in-market execution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners in NCR.

About the role

SUPER CANDY CORPORATION is seeking a Distributor Specialist - NCR to join our dynamic retail and consumer products team. This is a full-time position based in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a Distributor Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our distribution network and ensuring optimal product availability across the National Capital Region. This position is integral to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to serve customers effectively across the retail landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners across the NCR region
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product deliveries to ensure adequate stock availability
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to assess product positioning, shelf displays and merchandising standards
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that maximise product visibility and sales performance
• Address distributor and retailer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong business relationships
• Prepare detailed reports on distribution performance, market insights and recommendations for improvement
• Support promotional activities and product launches at the retail level
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail partner agreements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in retail distribution, sales support or a similar role within the retail and consumer products industry
• Strong understanding of retail operations, supply chain management and distributor relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data and use insights to drive business decisions
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other computer applications for reporting and analysis
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of the confectionery or consumer goods industry is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel within the NCR region to visit retail partners and distributors
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
