Job summary

So-En Garments Corporation in Davao City is seeking a proactive Sales Agent to grow our garment product lines across assigned provincial areas. You will scout potential clients, present products, and build lasting relationships.

The role requires at least two years in college and two years sales experience, with strong customer service skills; garments sector experience is a plus. You will report to the Sales Manager and contribute to territory growth.

• Candidate must possess at least 2 years in College, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales.
• With extensive customer service skills.
• Experience in Garments Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Agent is primarily responsible for scouting, engaging, and conducting potential clients in assigned provincial areas.
• Serves customers by selling products and meeting customers' needs.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
