The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment, supporting quotations, invoices, and delivery documents as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; college degree is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales administration, clerical work, or order processing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to perform various administrative and sales support tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales Leaders.
• Assist in processing and monitoring customer orders and sales transactions.
• Coordinate product preparation, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Assist with delivery scheduling and logistics coordination.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales documents, records, and files.
