Job summary

Santo Heavy Equipment Parts Trading OPC is seeking a detail-oriented sales support coordinator in the Philippines. The role involves checking customer orders for completeness, handling quotations and documents, and collating bidding prices to assist Sales in proposals and accreditations.

You will also assist in completing all bidding requirements, preparing sales payment requests and travel forms, and monitoring Sales itinerary reports.

Responsibilities

• Check order details of customers and making sure that all information are complete;
• Handles quotation and documents
• Collate bidding prices and assist Sales executives in the preparation of proposals and accreditations for customers.
• Assist sales in completing all bidding requirements.
• Responsible for the preparation of sales request for payment, add-on requests, travel request form for the Sales Department and clients, etc.
• Responsible for handling and monitoring Sales itinerary reports.
• Coordinator for marketing efforts (Brochure, social media platforms, etc.);
• Preferably has experience in Heavy Equipment
• Other duties assigned by the Manager
