JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales Department and implementing all processes.
Providing control to the sales department on processes and procedures.
Ensuring that sales personnel are aware of the policies in the sales department.
Making quotations for the inquiries of clients.
Assisting clients who visit the showroom for unit viewing.
Confirmation of Credit Advice and Authority to deliver, securing other needed documents before the release of units
Confirmation and approval of PDCs of clients for staggered down payment
Providing necessary documents for releasing units
Preparing Dealer’s documents to be submitted to banks or financing for releasing of proceeds.
Coordination with the banks and financing for the collection of proceeds
Preparing Vehicle Registration Form
Monitoring the inventory of units and brochures regularly.
Monitoring and keeping of Unit Registration and Plate Number of units.
Performing additional duties assigned by the supervisor if needed.
