Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients and the organisation.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, product, and customer service to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer service excellence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, transactions and account activities in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, networking opportunities and trade shows to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join INGCOPH Traders Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships whilst driving revenue growth through strategic account management and consultative selling. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for business expansion. This position is critical to achieving our sales objectives and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the market.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address client concerns and provide effective solutions


• Knowledge of the trading, import/export or related industries is highly desirable


• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend business meetings


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
