INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our Cavite Calabarzon team on a full-time basis.

You will identify prospects, demonstrate products, and manage key accounts while negotiating terms and building lasting relationships with clients.

Fluent English and Filipino, plus a relevant degree, are preferred as you drive revenue growth and collaboration with marketing and support.

About the role

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team in Cavite Calabarzon. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the region. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients whilst identifying new business opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on company success through personal initiative, strategic account management, and consistent sales performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers within your assigned territory in Cavite Calabarzon
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and existing clients to showcase the value of our offerings
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts through regular contact, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service
• Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability
• Preparing and submitting accurate sales reports, proposals, and account information to management on a regular basis
• Collaborating with internal teams including marketing and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators set by management
• Conducting needs assessments with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in field sales or account management, preferably within a B2B environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation for frequent field visits within the Cavite Calabarzon region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices in account and relationship management
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are advantageous
