The Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, preparing competitive quotations, managing relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. This role handles both corporate and government accounts with a strong focus on Small Value Procurement (SVP) opportunities.
A. Client Prospecting & Acquisition
- Identify and qualify leads from corporate and government sectors.
- Monitor PhilGEPS, LGU sites, and procurement bulletins for SVP opportunities.
B. Client Engagement
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demos.
C. Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare compliant and competitive quotations and bids.
- Secure internal approvals and ensure complete documentation.
D. Government Procurement Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RA 9184 and other procurement regulations.
- Maintain updated eligibility documents and manage notarization as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments on pricing, stock, and delivery terms.
- Ensure client requirements are accurately relayed and fulfilled.
F. CRM & Reporting
- Update CRM daily with all sales activities and client updates.
- Submit daily logs and weekly performance reports.
- Prepare delivery documents (DR, SI, warranty certificates).
- Coordinate dispatch and ensure handover to Admin and Accounting.
- Follow up on payments and delivery completion.
H. Collections & Site Monitoring
- Visit clients for collection, document acknowledgment, and delivery verification.
- Ensure proper documentation for each visit.
I. Client Site Visits & Relations
- Conduct regular client visits to verify needs and promote new offerings.
- Submit feedback and follow-up reports.
- Propose strategies to improve win rates and client retention.
- Analyze lost deals and suggest corrective actions.
- Collaborate with team for continuous sales process improvement.

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course.
Experience
- Minimum of 1–2 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in dealing with government accounts or public bidding is highly preferred.
- Experience with Small Value Procurement (SVP) is a strong advantage.
- Must have proven experience in Sales, preferably in B2B or institutional/client accounts.
- Experience in dealing with government procurement and SVP (Small Value Procurement) processes is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of RA 9184 and public bidding procedures is a plus.
- Skilled in preparing quotations, bid documents, compliance requirements, and coordinating with procurement offices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or procurement-related work.
- Results-driven and committed to hitting sales targets.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proactive, persistent, and resourceful in following up leads and closing deals.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and professionalism.
Other Requirements
- Willing to travel locally for client visits and bidding activities.
- Must be willing to work onsite and/or field-based as required.
- With valid government-issued ID and professional references.
