The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing tasks, including developing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Job Description

• Prospect, identify and secure new clients for international and domestic air and sea freight forwarding services.
• Develop and expand business within existing accounts by cross-selling other services and conduct market search to identify target industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with importer/exporter, manufacturers, traders, and etc.
• Prepare and presentation of customized proposals, quotations, and service presentation to clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and concerns resolution.
• Achieve assigned monthly quota and targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and attend client meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions to generate leads
• Provide timely feedback on customer/client requirements and service gaps and assist in the account onboarding and handover process.
• Keep abreast with global trends, shipping regulation, competitor pricing and customer behavior.
• Establish a rapport and long-term connection with new and existing clients and provide ongoing support for repeat business.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• At least a year strong background handling sales and marketing in the same industry is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles (international logistics, custom procedures and trade regulations)
• An existing network of logistics clients (import or export) is not required but highly desirable.
• Must be willing to travel for client meetings.
• Amenable to work onsite in Binondo, Manila
