Job summary

Litecrete Corp. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client accounts and drive new business within the construction and real estate sectors. The role requires cultivating strong client relationships, coordinating proposals, and meeting sales targets on-site in Cebu.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or business development, with a background in construction or related industries and willingness to visit client sites and hold meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Background in Construction, Building Materials, Real Estate, Property Development, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and client meetings.
