• Conducts in prospecting high end leads and clients.
• Follow up on new business opportunities and coordinate meetings.
• Conduct sales planning and preparing presentations.
• Conduct assessment of current market sales values.
• Conduct market research of emerging sales trends and insights.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights to support strategic operational planning.
• Submit Sales Reports to Management as needed.
• Previous working experience from reputable design and build or Engineering firm is an added advantage.

Work Conditions:

• Office schedule from Monday to Saturday
• Full-time position
• Some travel may be required for marketing events, conferences, or client meetings.

• Bachelor's degree holder, any marketing, communications, advertising or business-related course.
• With a minimum of two (2) years experience in the field of construction or design and build firms.
• With at least 3-5 years in Sales.
• Must have extensive knowledge with CRM, sales generating softwares and email marketing.
