Job summary

CARBONMASTER INDUSTRIAL SALES INC. in Cavite invites applications for a Sales Account Executive.

The role focuses on expanding the industrial client base through regular plant/site visits, identifying opportunities in motor rewinding and maintenance contracts, and coordinating quotations with engineering teams. You will manage approvals, orders, deliveries, and collections while maintaining a robust client pipeline and reporting on activity and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and site visits.
• Driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to plants, factories, LGUs, utilities, and contractors.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities such as motor repairs, rewinding, and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Coordinate technical requirements and quotations with the engineering and service teams.
• Follow up on approvals, purchase orders, deliveries, and collections.
• Maintain an organized client pipeline and prepare sales activity and performance reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Represent the company during site visits, inspections, and client meetings.

About you

• At least 1-6 years of sales background (industrial, technical, or B2B sales preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Technical knowledge of motor rewinding is an advantage
• Willing to conduct regular fieldwork and site visits
• Having a valid driver's license is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
