Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in sales administration, business development support, account management, or a similar role.
• Experience making outbound calls, following up with leads, and communicating with clients.
• Background in relationship management (RM), customer relationship management, or client account handling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining sales pipelines.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting sales and business development activities.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing clients to develop business opportunities.
• Assist with lead generation, prospect outreach, and appointment setting for the business development team.
• Maintain and update leads, client details, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Support the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, reports, and other business development documents.
• Track leads, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities to ensure nothing is missed.
• Respond to client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
• Assist with maintaining client accounts and identifying opportunities for repeat business or additional services.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide general administrative support to the sales and business development team.
