BDO Unibank seeks a results-driven professional to drive Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts by partnering with institutions and key stakeholders. You will manage client relationships, process referrals, and ensure targets are met while coordinating with billing and collections teams.

The role requires strong sales, negotiation, and marketing skills, with willingness to travel to various locations to grow the loan portfolio.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferably).
• Preferably with sales experience (strategic selling and negotiating skills).
• Familiarity in Salary Loan products and process.

Mansioni

• Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions for Salary Loan products.
• Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Heads of Institutions and key personnel.
• Handle inquiries and liaise with units to resolve issues.
• Provide regular department reports and forms per standard process.
• Profile clients for each Accredited institution.
• Coordinate with AOs to accredit potential institutions.
• Coordinate with billing and collections to maintain monthly collections.
