BDO Unibank, Inc., through BDO Network Bank, is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group in the Maddela Quirino area to grow Non-DepEd Salary loan accounts and achieve sales targets. You will manage relationships with institutional leaders and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the Salary Loan product and related BDONB offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years in sales/marketing, and familiarity with Salary Loan products, with a willingness to be

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in any 4-year or 5-year program.
Direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
Familiar with Salary Loan Products.
Willing to be assigned in Maddela Quirino area.

Mansioni

Identify, evaluate and accredit potential Non-DepEd Institutions for Salary Loan products and other BDONB offerings.
Generate quality Non-DepEd Salary Loan accounts and ensure sales quota is met.
Establish and maintain good relationships with Institution heads and HR/payroll contacts.
Handle inquiries and coordinate with internal units to resolve operational issues.
