Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a results-driven sales professional to generate quality Salary Loan accounts and meet sales quotas within the banking network in Metro Manila.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with DepEd school principals, teachers, and employees; identifying new potential clients for production-related activities; and handling inquiries as a liaison with internal units to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• Must have direct experience on sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills).
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required.
• Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products.
• Above-average Sales and Marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating quality Salary Loan accounts and ensuring that sales quota is met.
• Establishing and maintaining good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees.
• Identifying potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
• Handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues.
